GENERAL POLICIES OF NT SHOP

Please read carefully the following terms and policies when shopping and using services at NT Shop. If you have any questions or ponders, please contact our shop (the contact information is at the bottom of the web page).

The following terms and policies are automatically applied for all customers who wish to shop at NT Shop, unless there is a seperate contract with seperate terms and policies between you and NT Shop.

Sales Policies 🤝

  1. Product information: NT Shop will do its best to update and provide the latest information such as ingredients, nutritional values, etc. However, for your own health safety, if you have any allergies, please research thoroughly or consult professionals before buying the products. No information exchanges between you and the shop, or terms and policies on this page shall be presumed or taken as professional advices.
  2. Pricing: All products at NT Shop are publicly priced and displayed on the website. Notes: Other platforms except the website of NT Shop might have different prices; however, prices on the website are the latest and final prices!
  3. Age restrictions: This website is intended for adults, people who are at least 18 years old; however, in some cases, minors can access and buy products. Minors who are under 18 years old must have agreements from the parents or guardians when using or buying products from NT Shop. By registering, using services or buying products from this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have agreements from the parents or guardians to perform such activities on the website.
  4. Payment methods: You can choose to pay via the following methods: money transfers through ZaloPay or MoMo digital wallet, wire transfers or cash on delivery (COD). If you choose to pay with money/wire transfers (ZaloPay, MoMo, banking, etc), you have to save the proof of payment (reference numbers, screenshots, etc). NT Shop will not assist any case where there is no proof of payment. The payment process happens entirely on the payment platform that you selected, not on the website.   5. Update order: If you need to update the order information after it has been paid (delivery address, email, name, etc), please contact NT Shop (the contact information is at the bottom of the page).
  6. Cancel order: You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing the order. Please contact NT Shop through social medias, email or phone number (the contact information is at the bottom of the page). For orders that are paid with money/wire transfers (ZaloPay, MoMo, banking, etc), if NT Shop doesn't receive your payment within 12 hours of placing the order, your order will be automatically cancelled!
  7. Service denial: NT Shop has the rights to deny providing services with reasonable causes.

Discount Policies 🧧

  1. Targets: Details are varied per campaign. Some campaigns might require interactions on other social platforms.
  2. Duration: All promotion campaigns at NT Shop might end before the time of notice.

Shipping Policies 📦

  1. Shipping providers: NT Shop uses reliable shipping providers to deliver your orders. In some special cases, NT Shop might change the shipping method and/or provider, and we will give you a prior notice in such cases.
  2. Shipping range: NT Shop only ships to cities and provinces of Vietnam. If your address is not in the covered range of our shipping providers, NT Shop will notify you to change your shipping address, or cancel the order in case there is no suitable address for delivery.
  3. Shipping fees: NT Shop calculates the shipping fees based on the shipping address' city, province or region.
  4. Shipping time:
    1. Ho Chi Minh City urban areas: 1-2 days from the moment that you receive an email confirming the shipping.
    2. Ho Chi Minh City suburb areas: 2 days from the moment that you receive an email confirming the shipping.
    3. Provinces and cities in Southern Vietnam: 3-4 days from the moment that you receive an email confirming the shipping.
    4. Provinces and cities in Central or Northern Vietnam: 5+ days from the moment that you receive an email confirming the shipping.
    5. In cases where you need to expedite the order, please contact NT Shop for support (the contact information is at the bottom of the page).
  5. Goods inspection: You can request to inspect the shipping package when you receive it from the delivery man, or record the unboxing. In cases where the goods are damaged while shipping, NT Shop will be responsible, and work with the shipping provider to resolve your issues. Details about our return policies are as below.

Return Policies 🔍

  1. Conditions:
    1. Coverage cases:
      1. Wrong products shipped, different from your ordered ones.
      2. Expired products or products that have manufacturer defects.
    2. Products are replaced 1 for 1 within 7 days from the day that you receive the order.
    3. Products must have protective seals intact (if any), no indications of use or modifications. Samples, gifts and documents such as the delivery slip, invoice, warranty or catalogue must be returned as well (if any).
    4. Clearance products (with discounts over 50%) are not eligible for replacement.
    5. NT Shop only supports replacement if there is an unboxing recording (recorded in a single take with no cuts or edits).
  2. Duration: NT Shop accepts returns within 7 days of receiving the order.
  3. Return process:
    1. Contact NT Shop via email, social medias or phone number (the contact information is at the bottom of the page).
    2. Return the damaged products to NT Shop (we will be responsible for the shipping fees).
    3. NT Shop receives and inspects the damaged products if they are eligible with the return conditions above. If not eligible, NT Shop will notify you that the order is not is not eligible for returning , and stop the return process here (the shipping fees of receiving back the products will be responsible by you, or you can come to the shop to receive the products back).
    4. NT Shop executes the return process:
      1. With the damaged products that are still available in stock, we will return the same products.
      2. With the damaged products that are out of stock, you can either choose to replace with other products that have similar or higher values (you pay the difference fees), or get a refund.
  4. Processing time: From the moment that NT Shop receives the damaged products, we will process within 5 days (not including the time of shipping the new products back to you).

Privacy Policies 🔐

  1. Responsibilities: NT Shop does its best, uses top methods and standards to store, secure and process carefully your personal information that you share with us. However, due to the natures of the internet environment, no data can be 100% secured. In cases where there is data loss, NT Shop will notify you, do its best to recover the data, and work with the authorities to investigate and resolve the incident in a timely manner.

  7. Data removal: You have the rights to delete your account information at any given times by accessing your account page. NT Shop only asks for confirmation of removal once. After the removal is confirmed, this action cannot be undone. Notes: If you delete your account after ordering with us and wish to cancel the order, please contact NT Shop to confirm cancelling the order.
  8. Your agreements: You agree not to share the account access and the banking, payment provider access to anyone, including staffs of NT Shop. NT Shop will NEVER ask for these sensitive information and will NOT be responsible for any losses that are results of the mentioned actions.
