NT Shop currently only accepts credit/debit cards and bank accounts that had been linked with MoMo or ZaloPay.

We have a wide range of payment methods from credit/debit card, money transfers via digital wallets to cash on delivery (COD). You don't need to worry about paying when shopping at NT Shop (more detailed information here)!

You can conveniently track your order's status through the website via the following link or at the bottom of the webpage! When your order is shipped, we will give you a tracking number so that you know the specific time of when your order will arrive.

 Shipping 

Does NT Shop offer free shipping?

For orders in Ho Chi Minh City, we will free ship if your order's value is above 349.000 VND. For other provinces and cities, we will assist maximum 25.000 VND of shipping fees as a thank you for shopping with us!

We calculate based on the total buying quantity, delivery address and delivery speed that you choose. For orders above 349.000 VND and in Ho Chi Minh City, we will not charge the shipping fees!

We deliver to all cities and provinces of Vietnam (excepts faraway locations such as Côn Đảo, etc). With products that are sensitive with temperature such as chocolate, we will let you know beforehand and limit the delivery range of them to only Ho Chi Minh City.

You can refer to the following general shipping time (uncontrolled factors such as weather, accidents, etc can fluctuate the shipping time):

  • HCMC: 1-2 days from the order confirmation time
  • Southern Region: 2 days from the order confirmation time
  • Da Nang (standard): 3-4 days from the order confirmation time
  • Da Nang (fast): 2 days from the order confirmation time
  • Central & Northern Regions (standard): 3-5 days from the order confirmation time
  • Central & Northern Regions (fast): 2 days from the order confirmation time
  • Distant provinces in Central & Northern Regions can get +1 day into the total shipping time

 Returns 

Does NT Shop accept returns?

In order to ensure your best shopping experiences with NT Shop, we accept returns for faulty orders for free within 7 days from the day that you receive the order (more detailed information here).

After the initial check about the order, if eligible, NT Shop is responsible for all shipping fees for your order return/replacement (more detailed information here).

 After receiving the faulty products and confirming that your order is eligible for a return, we will process the return within 5 business days. In case of refund, we will refund within those 5 business days. For other cases where you want to replace with different or new products, we will replace and ship the replaced products to you within the next 3 business days (more detailed information here).

 Account 

Do I need to register an account when shopping online?

NT Shop doesn't require you to register an account when shopping on our website. However, we encourage you to register one to receive many sales offers and latest gifts from us. Moreover, having an account with us can help you save time on future orders and conveniently track all orders that you have with us.

You simply follow this link , fill out your new information in the fields, and finally, confirm the update!

Your personal information is stored and secured in a cloud database of one of the best cloud service providers on the world AWS . Also, we use top-notch standards to ensure that your personal information is always safe (more detailed information here).

Your payment information (credit card number, bank information, etc) is processed entirely on the payment provider's system that you select, NT Shop doesn't save any data or information (more detailed information here). You can have a peace of mind when shopping at NT Shop!

You can still reset your account's password if you have access to the registering email! To reset your password, follow this link and input your email, then we will send the instructions to reset a new password for your account (keep it secured, don't lose or forget it again)!
